PLC Towing and Recovery

"Waiting in the cold for this place to open right now. Wouldn't stop to talk to me or tell me anything. I'm 7 months pregnant running to this truck parked with my car in -8 degree weather. Only for him to speed off as I approached completely out of breathe. Just left me. Completely stranded, out of state of residency, wallet and gloves all in my still warm vehicle. On the end of Minnesota's first severe storm of the season. Sunday at 4 am, I have no idea about the area, nothing open at 4 am on a Sunday, in below freezing weather."

"This company illegally towed my car from my residence even though I had a legitimate parking permit. They are out to make a quick buck and will do it by any means necessary. If your building doesn't have security cameras, make sure your car is protected with an alarm system or dash cameras and always lock your door at night so they don't enter your car and remove the parking permit illegally. They are predatory, disrespectful, and uncooperative. And any property manager that wants to hire this company, I'd reconsider and look for a more pro- tenant towing company."

"Wish i could give zero stars. Towed my friend's car last night for absolutely no reason. They literally *waited* for her to enter the building to tow her car. Called PLC and they quoted her $200 over the phone. Never said that was cash only. Friend tried to get the address to which one they took it to and the guh hung up on her. Got there today and the lady working told us it was $265 cash only. Told her that's not what we were quoted, and she went on a spiel about how the guy we talked to has been working there longer than she has. Had nothing to do with the situation. Lady was absolutely rude (seen LOTS of reviews about her specifically) and even had a cigarette in her mouth. They ONLY take cash, so they're probably not even reporting all of their profit to the IRS. But yeah, if your car gets towed by them, I highly recommend recording EVERY interaction and taking it to the police or they will cheat you."

"I got towed by them and I was fine with paying their high fee. However my cars window was completely broken and they insisted they did not break my car. One guy showed me the photos they took before towing it and they only took pictures of the right side of the car before they towed it. However the damage is on the left side of the car, MY ELECTRIC SCOOTER STOLEN FROM MY TRUNK AS WELL AS OTHER ITEMS LOOKED THROUGH! They also still have some of the pieces in their lot on the ground. They were no help at all just insisted that I broke it before it came in like that."
