"I just got my car back from Unique Collision and Custom in Forest Lake, MN, after a deer strike in early January. Keith, towed the car in immediately and began ordering parts. Only one was delayed (supply chain issues), but they still started working and had everything ready when that last piece arrived. He also handled everything with the insurance adjuster for me. When I picked up the car Kieth did a complete walk around with me. The body and paint were perfect, then I noticed they had taken the time to also take care of a number of small dings for me! And they even detailed the interior too! The most important part to me though was that he kept up communication with updates, so I always knew my car’s status! A car accident and the repair process that follows can be very stressful. Unique Collision and Custom made this situation better than I ever expected!"

They also do a good job making sure the correct repairs are made to keep the vehicle safe. "Fantastic job on a spoiler exchange and mounting on a 2009 Ford Mustang. Original spoiler was mounted nightmarishly by a different shop years prior, all fixed now thanks to Unique Collisions. All new paint needed was matched very well and with care. Kept in excellent contact with me as a customer during the project. Awesome business in and out!"
