"Although there was a small mix-up with communication in getting my rental car, I received exceptional service from Schoonover. From Nicki to Tom, to the unseen repair specialists who worked on my car, everything was top notch! My car looked better INSIDE and out when my car was finished--I was not expecting a clean car on the inside, too! Nicki and Tom were always pleasant, courteous and professional, and Tom called me with updates as I was anxious for my car to be done. When I went to pick up my finished car after hours (and on a holiday weekend), I couldn't find the key they were supposed to leave inside. I called and left a voicemail which said you were closed and would return my call on the next business day. Yikes! However, much to my anxious relief, someone called me within 5 minutes to check and told me exactly where they should be. Of course, they were there, even though I swear I looked earlier! I know who to recommend others to if I’m asked. Thank you all for a great experience, but I hope I never see you again! :)"

"We’ve had two trips to Schoonover in the last year. The first car wasn’t a big deal- ( car looked perfect) but the second was a huge hail storm. My car was a golf ball. I was sure it would be totaled. Happily it wasn’t because the Schoonover crew threw lots of skill and technology into my car making it better than before. Thanks."

"I had to bring my vehicle here for body repair after someone crushed my passenger door while I was working. This happened around the same time the cities had a massive hail storm, so many other companies I called had at least a two-month wait. Schoonover got me in about a month after the accident and were incredibly helpful and professional. I worked specifically with Tom, who handled all the insurance negotiations for me and kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, and I am glad I took my vehicle to them. I had something else happen to my car right before I brought it to them, and they were able to fix it during the door repairs without adding any time to how long they had my vehicle.
