"Day1,..They don't answer the phone for any reason. You literally have to walk in to make an appointment. Unbelievable. Day2,... Still not answering the phone. Including yesterday, I have now called 12 times and nothing. Why build the hospital, staff it with the best people, bring in the best doctors, use the most modern equipment, only to have the entire system fail because no one answers the phones??"

"Had to waste about an hour of my time waiting because of a scheduling issue. They said I was next and they were just waiting on a clean room but then there was a few people that came in after me that got called straight back within a minute. So, that was clearly a lie which was pretty disrespectful and made me late for another appointment."

"So today my husband called to make an appointment to see a Dr re: some issues he was having. Had to answer some questions like name DOB etc. Whomever he spoke with said she would have to check on something or another and call him back with an appointment. Still have not gotten a phone call for an appointment. My husband is 75 years old what if we had some serious issues going on here Because we are NOT citizens of Arkansas apparently they don't feel we can be seen here. Is this the way snowbirds are treated here? Perhaps we will rethink staying in Arkansas I don't think this is a medical practice that I want for me or my husband Thanks To this place"
