"I really appreciate the service Hertz provided us as an Uber driver. But always whenever I came to this location, I waited for a long time to get customer service, and when I asked others who were waiting for long time it is very weird why it takes this much longer time some people waiting for more than two hours I myself waiting more than one hour. fix this problem if it is possible."

"The car I'm using was towed late last night. My fault I Parkes at a friend's complex in a no parking area because I needed to use the bathroom. I went to the towing company just to get my personal items out. The tow company and myself tried to call Hertz St Paul to give me permission. For one hour NO ANSWER. On my way now across town to the Hertz office"

"Horrible customer service. Not sure if they are ALWAYS understaffed or what? But there should be no reason why a reservation is made to pick up a car at 10am and it’s almost 1pm now and there was no car ready when we arrived. I believe there was only one person working at the desk. They definitely need to hire more people and actually have cars that have been reserved be ready for pick up on time."
