"The reason I went to this establishment is because my truck would not start. They had told me that the MCM computer was not working and they have to remove it. They ordered a new one and then they said the new MCM was not working. They checked if the problem was the CPC and they had said it is still not working. They provided me with a list of all the problems with the truck which included the MCM computer and collision avoidance program. Instead of fixing the problem, they suspended the collision avoidance. The MCM computer needed an emergency out of state order since it was not found in the state is what I was told. I called many places in the state and I found it. I asked them if they can give me the old MCM so that I can trade it in for a discount on the new that I had found. They refused and were interrogating me about the one I had found. They wanted to refurbish the MCM and resell it to me. After arguing for a while, they finally gave it to me and I brought the one that I bought. They said my truck was ready for pick up and they charged me 2,395.38 for the labor. When I drove the truck for about 15 miles, the truck started to shake, smoke started to appear, and I could not drive past 45mph. The truck had to be towed and took it to a different establishment because of lack of trust. I had found out that they opened the DEF box and they messed it up. They messed with the EGR and they put a different software for another truck in the MCM computer. The second round of repairs cost me 4,800 and the towing was 1200. Overall, do not go to this establishment. If you do not know parts, they will try to cheat you. They will also overcharge you. I seriously advise you to look elsewhere for your repairs and search for your own parts!!"
