"The first order was the wrong size lugnuts . I ordered a second set of lugnuts and only received ten lugnuts and eleven washers. I was told to return the first set( at my expense ), and to re-order ten more lugnuts in order to have a full set of 20. Apparently a full order of 12mm/.125 lugnuts is only enough for two wheels."
