"Recently brought my car there to diagnose an A/C issue. They were able to diagnose the issue and provided a quote for the repair. I haven't decided if I wanted to do the repair yet, but I love that they didn't apply pressure to get the fix done immediately. They made some suggestions and then left the decision to me. That experience is what will keep me coming back when I have an issue. When I picked the car up, they also made time to answer any questions I had and I could tell they care about the customers. Great service! Bonus, they also have a very nice loaner car available for a small fee. I'd highly recommend checking them out."

"+1 for Excellent service at VanGo. They were exceptionally friendly and forthright, in a way I've rarely experienced at a repair shop. I'm new to the area, and took my 15+ year old Volvo to VanGo on three separate occasions. First a diagnostic, then a repair for the diagnostic, then a separate repair for another issue. Each time, they were very clear and communicative with what they were going to do, what repair was needed, what they were going to do to make the repair, how long it should be expected to take from a billable hours perspective, straightforward with preparing an estimate and what could make the final cost vary from the estimate. They kept in informed with updates as the repair was being made. When making an appointment for an unusual noise the car was making, they had me swing by for a quick diagnostic to know if I could keep using the car, or if I should stop using it before the scheduled repair time a few days later. It was clear they wanted me to be safe, and not do any unnecessary damage to the car which could compound the cost of repairs. With each repair you get a link to a receipt with a summary of costs and what was done, and clear explanatory notes. Finally, their loaner program is an unexpected benefit that I used on both occasions. It is a nice, clean car and far less expensive than a typical rental. Kudos to Jordan and Crystal and the VanGo team. It's clear they care about their customers, and are interested in building long-term relationships rather than a quick buck. A strong recommend from me."

"Skip the hotel and rent a camper van for the weekend! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Crystal and Jordon are running a wonderful operation here. The van came stocked with literally everything you could want for the weekend. We went with another couple up to the North Shore for three days had a blast. We'll be making this an annual outing for sure."
