"Dr Aldrich great for children, best with my autistic son. Front desk you have to tell for front desk hear threw plastic. Very rude front desk staff, Dr great with autism. I will say front desk does not, also tried to put us in as walk in when had scheduled appointment that got switch to hour later. Very hard keep autistic child still and patient. This place really needs consider special needs and not be so rude! Now trying get an appointment with Dr Forrest for my husband and myself impossible. My sister in law cancelled an appointment just to make a spot for my husband, nope front desk will not let me set appointment."
"Dr. Forrest is a great doctor. Everyone in the office is kind, understanding, and helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic."
"Every Dr & Nurse I've seen here has been amazing. They all ACTUALLY LISTEN! They are very fast on getting tests & medications & any other proceedures I've needed referred done. I feel very comfortable & well cared for here."
"My son sees Dr. Aldridge and he is so wonderful. But I would highly recommend avoiding the walk in clinic. A few weeks ago I had to take my son in and we waited almost 2 hours. People were called back that arrived AFTER I did. Every time I asked how much longer I was told I was next. Sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours with a sick 1 year old is stressful. Today my husband went in and has been there for over 3 hours now still sitting in the waiting room. I understand getting behind but goodness. I will definitely go to First Care next time."
"Staff was very nice, as was the doctor. Dr. Forrest spent a lot of time listening, and when it came time to discuss pain medication, he very seldom looked me in the eye. I left with no change to pain medication (Tramadol, Ultram); which I have been on for 8 years. Instead, I was given a rehearsed speech on how they can not give any RX's for that due to the worthless idiots running our country!"
