"Don't waste your time dealing with these guys. They will repeat themselves 100 times saying " we strive to be transparent with all aspects of diagnostic and repairs". 10 weeks they had our vehicle with no diagnostics done. When you call they will tell you to talk to Kevin, then Kevin will tell you to talk to Nate, then Nate will tell you to talk to the night shift Kevin. Not a single one had the slightest clue of what was going on. There wasn't even a work order made until I came to grab the truck and bring it elsewhere. Then Nate scrambled to type up a work order while I waited 15 min. I think the owners should look into how unprofessional the business is being run. What a Joke Edit: Truck is up and running great. New shop charged less then a grand for the repairs. Dickenson said it needed an IDM for about $4600.00 and after that it needed a new engine $24k for the engine and 40 hours labor. All it needed was a injector pressure regulator."

"Your drivers are danger to the public. Fire your sprinter driver, which lives near or in st francis, on the spot before he kills someone on the road or already did. I saw him driving and almost killing full car of family with kids just because he didn't want them merge while only other choice for them was jump and die in the ditch. He drove your vehicle representing your company. I will never use your services and suggest others to use better and safer companies."

"I had a MN DOT INSPECTION done on my truck. The person doing INSPECTION failed the truck over what he thought was a leaky ABS air valve. I asked about repairing it and I was told they didn't have time. I took my truck elsewhere for repairs and the mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong. I asked them to do a MN DOT INSPECTION and truck passed with no issues. I proved this to Kevin at diesel minnesota and he didn't refund my money on bad INSPECTION by his employee."

"2 times I went there, 2 times I got ripped off. Last time I went there, had a voltage problem. Brought in my own alternator, asked for it to be swapped, check the belt, check the pulleys. If all else failed, chase wire. Got told it was done & it was not fixed at all. Left it there for another couple days. Got a call that said they didn’t know how to fix it. They tried to get me to pay another $500 bill after paying the first bill of almost $650. Took it to another professional shop, they had it for 4 hours, changed the belt & fixed the problem. The owners wouldn’t refund $200 of my bill, because they “let me slide without paying the second bill”. I’ll be taking them to court."
