"I'm pretty disappointed in my experience. I decided that I wanted a PJ trailer, and Central trailer seems to be the largest stocking dealer in MN. Unfortunately for me, they are over an hour away. But they had the trailer I wanted on their lot, so I went up there to get it. Bought it, got it home, and come to find out the ramp doesn't come down. I'm mad at myself for not checking the ramp before I paid, but there was paint rubbed off on the ramp as if it'd been on the ground before, so I thought nothing of it at the time. I really can't believe that I bought a trailer with a faulty ramp. I really thought if I bought a nicer trailer like a PJ and spent the extra money, I could avoid having problems for a while. Had I seen the ramp before I paid, I undoubtedly would have refused that trailer. I call the service department, and I explain the problem. They want to just grind off some material where the ramp is binding. Easy fix, but I thought I was paying extra money for a trailer that was completely powder coated. So from day one, we have to take powder coating off. Dealer is just going to spray paint over the ground off material. I just absolutely cannot believe that no one put the ramp down on a trailer before me. Not to mention over 2 hour round trip to go drop the trailer off, and another 2 hour trip to get it back. I'm really unhappy about the entire situation. So, I took it back to them to let them fix it. Sure enough, even after looking at it in person, they just ground the support brackets off so they no longer touch anything. The ramp does come down now. But, I have to be concerned about one day bending my ramp because there is absolutely no support in the middle. PJ didn't add those braces for no reason. I really regret the entire purchase. If I wanted a project, I would have bought used."
