"I ordered this in plenty of time for Christmas. The shirt I ordered came but the jacket didn't. I was given no information on it and and no communication telling me this item was out of stock. I am very disappointed that there is no communication with this company. I feel like Ive been scammed."

"*Update* Shortly after writing my reviews I just happened to get a response and a replacement order sent to me. (funny how that works). I received my missing cover and items without discrepancies. Thanks for correcting my order. - Original 1 star review - I was excited to order my unit sweatshirts and hoodies for my family and I, and when it arrived I was missing my hat I ordered and all clothing had ink stains that were probably from the pressed black shirt. I emailed and no response. I called and they said they’d get back to me but crickets. Now I’m typing this as I sit on hold for 24 minutes and counting to see what actions they will take to correct it. Still nothing. Extremely dissatisfied, especially being a Veteran and getting this type of service."

"My father-in-law is a Vietnam Vet, and he actually found this website. I have mad respect for any Vet or service person, especially front-line servers, and because of my LEO background, I'm the only person in my in-laws who can relate to my FIL. So when he wants to buy anything Marines related, I buy it for him. I've been to various websites and various stores for Marines memorabilia and Vietnam Vet memorabilia. I'd say this store/website has a large selection and some nice pieces to choose from. My only con is the prices. Most service members get a discount for their purchases as service members are poorly paid. Sgt. Grit's prices don't reflect any markdown for service members, but more align with inflation, some t-shirts close to $30. That's why I give them 4 stars. My FIL loved the special shirt I picked out, military green, with the Marines flag and USA flag across the chest with a bull dog in the center. My FIL wore it 2 days in a row his first time because he loved it so much. I also got him his Crp. rank pin for his Vet hat. Support the troops! Support the veterans!"

"I just found out that my favorite Marine specialty store in OKC Sgt. Grit was sold! I will have to find another place to buy my Marine Corps gear! Sad to know! I respect that Sgt. Grit retired but wish he would have kept the store and passed it down! I have already read reviews and they are not great at all! Respect lost!"
