"My driver was holding his phone adjusting the radio while driving, which is illegal, so I asked him to please put the phone down while driving. He told to leave me on the sidewalk in a wheelchair half way there. We worked it out via the dispatcher. Then he ran a red light. Unforgettable cab ride."

"If I could give zero stars, they would have it. The arriver driver arrived but refused to let me in and repeatedly told me "im not giving you a ride." ...maybe i didnt sound black over the phone?"

"Thanks for the safe and speedy transportation to an eye appointment this morning. The first driver wore a mask was right on time for the outbound. The cab was clean, the driver friendly and equipped with what appeared to a state of the art GPS system. We got to our appointment right on time. The return trip was also great. Armando picked us up in a bright, spanking new SUV. He had a container of Clorox wipes tucked away and wore a mask. He chatted us up about his home in Ecuador and we even talked about the giant turtles on the Galapagos Islands off the coast. I would definitely use Eagle again and be sure to ask for Armando. Eagle deserves, in my opinion, the best taxi ratings in the Twin Cities. Thanks. Dave G."

"Ordering taxi was quick and easy. Driver was 5 minutes early for pickup, which was nice, and called as well as texted me (although the text was in Spanish) to let me know she was there. Driver was nice and we had a good conversation. At destination I was told the fare was $50, even though I was quoted $35 on phone. Was surprised at how big a difference this was and said something to driver. Without any argument she agreed to $35, which was amazing but made me question the accuracy of the $50 fee. I had great service and would use again, but definitely getting quote first."

"We went just over a half mile and the driver charged us $13. Never turned the meter on and continued to scream at me about the fee. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had just taken a cab going over a mile for $6. Then this guy charges $13 for that short drive??? This company should be shut down."
