"I don't see how anyone could give this clinic any more than a 2 star review. I've been sent to 3 appointments with specialist, that once I arrive they're standing looking at me saying we have no idea why your here. We have not received anything about you being here. The last appointment that was made by them was with an emergency Surgeon that I didn't need. Luckily his office caught it and called me saying they could not see me. I was Diagnosed as a diabetic in mid April Kirkland clinic called in my Prescription for my insulin with 5 refills over the next year.I went this past weekend to refill my prescription and I was told at the pharmacy that on May 1st my prescription was canceled. So after going all weekend hardly eating to keep my blood sugar down.I call kirkland first thing Monday morning to find out why it was canceled and of course could not get a person on the phone, so left a message, expecting to get a call back. Did not get a call back so went to the clinic to ask in person why it had been canceled. Get told that the prescription expired it was less than 2 weeks from the time I was diagnosed until was canceled. Nothing I was told made sense... I have been to this clinic only once when I didn't have an issue. If you choose to go here, go at your own risk."
