"My dad couldn’t remember his appointment time and called everyday no answer always goes straight to voice mail. Asked front desk to give a number that someone would answer and she said press zero and it will come straight to the front desk. I called several time sitting right in front of her in waiting room and she didn’t answer. Basically they let every call go straight to voice mail and call back at their convenience sometimes if at all. Not good for customers that live far away. We had to drive to the office to ask questions."
"The PA (Zayne ) was great. I appreciate that he listened to me and seemed to understand my issues. He recommended an MRI. I called 2 weeks after my visit to find out when I would have the MRI, but Madison (?) had to call back. She then said my insurance denied the MRI. After calling the insurance company, I was informed that no information was given about my previous PT or injections. An appeal would have to be made . I called the clinic for 3 weeks leaving a message for Madison . She never returned my call. I drove an hour &15 mins to the office to have Madison tell me that she had not had time to call me , and she could not get records from the ortho to send . I then went to the orthopedic’s office to have them tell me that they had gotten a request 10 mins before I arrived . This all started in October. I saw my PCP in Dec. She was not happy, and told me that she would call Zayne. Now it’s January.( new year, new deductible) . I’m finally having an MRI on Jan 24. Zayne is great! His office staff doesn’t seem to realize the pain that patients are in, or have the capability of doing the job they are hired to do ."

"My PA is Zane Graves, besides just being a great guy, he is also patient, informative, kind, caring and much better explaining spinal issues than some MD's have been! I feel lucky to have him and I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!"
"Dr. Graham and his staff are wonderful. They are caring, attentive, and really make you feel heard and like you are participating in your care rather than just doing something because the doctor said to do it. The only reason I deducted a star is because of the billing department. They will overcharge you, and apparently it's up to you to catch that error. If you don't, you probably won't get that money back. So watch your EOB when it comes from your insurance and make sure what was billed is what you paid, and if you paid more then call the billing office."
