"Had a frustrating experience buying our car recently at Freeway Ford. I contacted Brian the salesman multiple times about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Each time I felt that it was a rushed conversation and he did not want to take the time to answer all my questions. When my wife and I showed up to test drive our car at the time we scheduled we had to sit in the waiting area for close to 45 minutes before a sales rep would help us. During the process of talking price for buying/trading vehicles our sales rep had to repeatedly leave to converse with the sales manager. Felt like we were dealing with the sales manager through a messenger. Eventually the sales manager came to the office and gave us a low ball offer for trade on a solid vehicle. When I sighted other vehicles relative to our trade in vehicle he dismissed it and told us the multiple issues with ours, all of which was incorrect. I am a mechanic myself so was interesting to see a salesman throw numbers and mechanical issues around that were not present. I went back a week after we traded and see they listed our previous car for $8,000 over trade in value on a car that had zero mechanical needs. Once we agreed to move forward and purchase the vehicle they were selling we had to wait another half hour to talk to a finance manager. The whole process felt like we were being handed off every step of the way and being scrutinized for thinking the deal they were offering was not a great deal. I would not recommend Freeway Ford to others as it relates to purchasing a new vehicle. I will compliment them and say all their staff was kind and upbeat. I almost felt they were painting a pretty picture and then hoping to get you in a sales room and work the money out of you."
