"They have had so much turn over that it is impossible to get a transcript processed so you can be admitted to the school."
"I attended PTC about 4 years ago to obtain a few undergrad courses as a science major. At the time the science department was well managed and run by a great department head. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The department head is not proficient in English and you'll be at a detriment on any classes you take in the science field with him. I would advise you try UALR or UCA for any science courses you are trying to take. Avoid UAPTC if you want to be prepared for a future in the sciences."
"Was dropped from my classes AFTER I paid die to a computer error. No communication about a balance due (there wasn’t anything due) Just got an email AFTER they dropped me. Gave a 4 because financial aid was very understanding and helpful"
"Pulaski Technical college is literally a blessing to go too. Ive attended two additional colleges besides Pulaski Technical College for 3 years. I wasn’t even close to finishing school at all until, I started at Pulaski Technical College last November of 2019. I was open to starting at another college although, for a reason. I didn’t seem to get any further at all until, I met Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Stephanie. they are literally the greatest the teachers and there are no words to express just how thankful I truly am to have had the chance to have them both as my teachers."
"Good luck trying to get information over the phone. Agree with the earlier comment and I've been going here for over 2 years part-time. You will HAVE to go to the school to get any information, ever. You can call every single person on the faculty list for Admissions and Records and will get voicemail 100% of the time on any given day. You will be told wrong information from some advisors so I've been really careful to get second opinions. I was told I needed X amount of credits to graduate by one advisor only to find out that in my last semester I actually needed 7 classes. Had to take all 7 in one semester if I wanted to graduate as planned. I did it but it was hell. Certain professors are not to blame for the lack of admin support. I've had some great professors and good classes but the infrastructure is severely lacking and unfortunately, that is the first impression many get of college. If you are not prepared to take on every little issue by yourself, pick another school."
