"This place is awesome! The food is always good. The staff are always happy smiling and friendly. I had the lunch special, meatloaf with brown gravy mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Those yeast rolls are awesome!"

"Words are not enough to give you the experience of my last visit. The sweet tea is good and refreshing. The purple hull peas are seasoned just right and the mashed potatoes and gravy are on point. The waitresses are all there because they want to be. You can tell they are not there just for a paycheck. The management has a great attitude and you can tell they have a good thing going with their employees. The atmosphere is right out of a picture of the artist who's always got a picture of kids on bicycles and in dentists offices and Drs offices. The old signs that are similar to wallpaper and the customers are not just there to get a great meal. They are there to visit with their friends and family. It's a little part of their day that allows them to see their people. A thing that you have to do every day. An enjoyment that they look forward to. I'm just going to say this. If you are around this area and you have a chance to go to eat at the farmers market and you don't. That's on you."

"Great spot for breakfast and reasonably priced compared to other big name restaurants. Our food was great. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. The waitress was very friendly. Thanks for the great service and food."

"My recent dining experience was quite disappointing. Despite arriving with a group, we were left waiting for an extended period of time. What frustrates us even more was that a single customer who arrived after us received immediate attention. To add to our dissatisfaction, our table was not properly cleaned or attended to, while it was a different story for the other guest. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place unless you have a penchant for enduring long wait times and subpar service. Ps: it's important to note that we are a Latino group, and we couldn't help but feel that our experience was marred by subtle discrimination during our visit, and we were ignored continuously and seemed reluctant to attend to us."
