"We would like to give Nick and the Autopia Team a huge shout out for their exceptional service and follow-up we've recently received from their shop. A couple months ago we purchased a pre-owned Audi Q5. This was the first time we've owned a foreign car with automatic service notifications. When the check engine light showed up it made me a bit nervous. Nick walked us through a couple things we could do to solve the problem. The notification light came back on a couple days later around the same time Nick, (the owner) checked in with us. He had us bring the car in for a diagnostic test. Nothing was found at that time. Then a week later the oil light came on so I purchased the recommended oil for this type of vehicle. Again we received a follow up text from Nick asking how things were going. When I told him about the oil light, he asked us to bring the car back in so they could locate the problem. This was the week before Christmas. This time they found a slight gasket leak, replaced it, just hours before I needed to pick up my son from the airport. When I stopped in to pickup the car and pay the bill, Rachel informed me there was no charge and wished us a Merry Christmas. Their quick attention to service and follow up allowed me to get to the airport on time. Our previous auto mechanic had retired so our search for a new shop has now come to an end. "I was not very happy with the newer ownership. The cost of an oil change is about 2x more. It was like pulling teeth to get an explanation for the $1800 est. for a transmission flush. As I didn't want these done (neither due according to Audi maintenance schedule) they would not reset the service due light. The routine maintenance that was due was all done- I guess- the list of services actually done was pretty short."
