"Dr. Kelly will give you 2 minutes with him, and he is terrible at his job. I needed shoulder surgery, and he told me to just put it in a sling. I've also been told by many others that he is terrible too. I would NOT recommend this facility or Dr. Kelly."
"horrible surgeon. he did TWO attempts at trying to fix my shoulder for instability issues. for 8 years i had been dealing with his mistakes and my shoulder dislocating doing anything whatsoever. sleeping coughing,sneezing,reaching, you name it its caused me to dislocate my shoulder. i now am 6 months post op from californias number 1 shoulder surgeon and had a 6 hour surgery to fix my shoulder and it is now stable. had to have a distal tibial allograft, remplissage, and bankhart repair all in one. doctor said owen kelly did a horrible job on my shoulder and he could tell the guy had no idea what he was doing. save your time and frustration and money and do your research. never go to just a local doc and think ull be okay. do your research and go with the best available specialist for your issues. use my mistake as a lesson for yourself"
