Aspen Limo and Car Services

"We won't be utilizing their services again. We asked for an MKT for three hours to look at Christmas Lights with family. They arrived promptly with an H2 Hummer. The difference is the size (the H2 is bigger) and interior options (the H2 does NOT have a TV...in which we needed to keep kids distracted between destinations). We arrived at our first destination in which we discovered the back control panel wasn't working. Ten minutes was spent trying to get the panel to work not knowing that the radio control panel is on the other side (and the driver never told us about). He seemed to struggle with his attempts to get things working, in which he was unsuccessful. We gave him a preset list of addresses but he still had difficulty with routes. Thirty minutes was spent driving in a giant circle throughout Andover. We asked him to skip a destination (it was out of the way) because we were running out of time and he disregarded what we said and drove to it. He made multiple quick stops and at one point my husband ended up on the floor covered in champagne. He was well aware there were two unbelted children in the limo. The last straw was when he took a left turn on a red arrow on a major highway. I discussed all of this with the manager of Aspen Limo who offered an apology and stated he would remedy the situation. To his credit, he offered us an additional hour and upgraded vehicle the next time we use their service. We won't need the credit as we'll use another company next time."
