Hot Rod Factory

"Rich and his guys took on my project 61 C10 and were hired by me to finish the air ride, fuel system and engine wiring. What a huge disappointment, Rich flat out lied to me. Gave me one price and was told it would be drivable when he got done. I paid $5,000 when Rich to my face told me no more than $2500 and the brakes were not good. The pedal went to the floor. Wiring, air lines and so much more was done improperly. It's like amateur hour at the Hot Rod Factory. I had to winch my truck onto my trailer in the dark on a cold winter night because Rich said "today is my birthday, so I'm leaving early" and him and the crew pushed my truck outside into the snow. I was completely paid up and been 100% respectful and that's how I got treated. This place is a Absolute joke and not professional. I spent $14,000 at another shop to have them fix all of the Hot Rod Factories incompetent work. Rich will tell you what you want to hear, take your money and leave you disappointed and with a unfinished vehicle. I never once asked Rich to install anything on my truck after I got it back.. The Hot Rod Factory is the last place I'd want anywhere near my truck.. Rich will take your money, make promises and not keep them and he is not trustworthy. His response is a flat out attempt to cover up his horrible work and holding vehicles hostage while he takes your money. Do not trust anything he says people. ( update) my truck is now at a reputable shop getting all the wiring redone that was improperly installed bye The Hot Rod Factory. It shorted out under the dash and started smoking and burnt the bar in the fuse box and fried the ignition. Rich is not worthy of working on anyone's vehicle. He lies and dosnt keep his word, just Demands more money. He also said he has a place up North that he hides the vehicles of people that don't pay and they will never find there vehicle."

"Rich and his team did an awesome job on my 48 Chevy 1/2 ton truck. They replaced the front springs and shocks with coil overs and a sway bar. They dialed in the suspension and the ride is now much improved. I would definitely go back to their shop for future work."
