IHOP

"Went in for lunch today waited 30min for someone to acknowledge my family was even there. Got seated waited 20min for server to come take our drink/ food order . Food came out in a timely manner but still no drinks so I asked for our drinks again. We ended up finishing our food before the drinks came out and asked for them to be removed frome our ticket. They refused to take them off since they made them and my kid took a sip. PS why did my childs fruit come out in a Applebee's to go container ?"

"IHOP, Today I ordered a t-bone steak along with eggs fried hard. The service today seem to be very lacking as it was very slow. Our waitress as to several times what we had ordered and it took a while to even get our drinks. The food was very bland and seemed very lacking and flavor. The coffee was served hot. The overall cleanliness of this restaurant is lacking as it appears it needs a good, thorough cleaning from ceiling to floors in all areas."

"This place had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Entire table received their food and one person had to wait over an hour for chicken and waffles, and the server had an extremely bad attitude about it. No one came over to check on our table of 6 for the entire time we were there. I usually understand bad experiences but nothing justified this one. Happens every time I dine here."

"There has yet to be a day that I have gone into this IHOP location and actually been able to walk out of there with an order that I came in for a timely fashion. Today takes the cake though. I came in this IHOP at 1:38 PM to pick up two different orders and after sitting in the restaurant until 2:08 PM I still had not received either of those two orders. I continued to ask different people about the orders so that they could go check on them for me, but although they would go to the back, they would never return to the front to say anything about the status of the orders. After leaving out of the restaurant, and finally dropping the two DoorDash orders, since it was such an excessive amount of time, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then tries to inform me that the reason the orders are behind is because it is a Sunday. They are busy and they are shortstaffed in the kitchen. The manager at this point those excuses are not things that I am willing to accept because after asking so many times about the orders that was never communicated with me, he states he will let the workers know that anytime a dasher comes in To let them know that it will be a delay. This is beyond frustrating, knowing that the orders that we come to IHOP for are simply paying us around around four dollars and you have to drive them to wherever their destination is after the fact but you spend 30 minutes inside the restaurant waiting for the order as if you place the order once you walked in the door. However, I was watching people come in, sat down, make orders, and have the orders thrown out to the table. This was simply not doing the online orders. It is very evident that the IHOP staff does not care about third-party workers who come to pick up delivery orders. I will know in the future to never come back to that location anytime I get an order because if this is the type of service that I’ll receive it would be more beneficial for me to just drop them."

"We should have left when we walked in and seen how disgusting and dirty the restaurant was. There were flys everywhere and the service was terrible. Our food came out wrong 2 times before we finally left. The blueberry pancakes had rotten blueberries on them. The eggs were cold and the bacon was still raw. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog."
