"Guy working was super friendly, unfortunately they did not pay attention to the specifics of the order. The sandwich wasn't bad and was edible, but it was not even close to correct. People order things a certain way for a reason. Edit- removed stars . I went back today and my sandwich still didn’t match the online order. I won’t be back."

"It's one star don't if even still open last time there 5 star subway experience. I had rating get posted since been store recently if open rather set expectations low and have store blow you away good experience rather tell good or great when been long enough actually experience vastly different from my last experience. My experience with subway in bottom of Simmons towers was amazing but several years ago. According latest statement online in process remodeled or something but if such massive event as understand July 12th for those 2 hours is wouldn't surprised if open as well and it's always amazing 3-5 star experience. It's at w4th and Louisiana st. It like 100 w. 4th Street as west of main St. But long time since been neighborhood. If heat keeps such health concern don't subway corporate office run promotion parts of country heat advisory or excessive heat warnings as last subway corporate should someone health emergency due to trying out corporate office promotion and they consider doing promotion places heat danger at time and place the heat isn't an active danger. With expectations places massive ac cold places because get large crowds don't ac units die on restaurants with crowd wrong kind of pr. God willing heat isn't concern on date inquestion. If it's still open on July 12th between 10am and noon if understand subway corporate office you can 6 inch sub for free for that day celebrate new menu. Not sure I get it completely but free is free if understand it. If you work Simmons towers check see downstairs subway back open or not especially due heat be careful weather is dangerous lately."

"Made a last minute call in for 2 party platters and these ladies didnt say no or fuss. She said they would get started on them right away and get them ready as soon as they could. Did I mention it was lunch time ? Had to wait about 40 minutes but considering they were making sandwiches for everyone and me I think it was reasonable amount to wait. Next time I know to call them in before I need them but they made it work for me this time. Thank you ladies."
