"Been to this location 3 times each time was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Had to go there for 3 safety recalls and software update for the new security feature. During one of the service times I was there had them replace the transmission fluid at 60,000 miles. Being a automotive tech myself (retired), and a military retiree/disabled veteran as well. Can't do much of the work on my vehicles anymore as my back and legs are shot due to service and past work in garages. One thing I will say these new transmissions are going self-contained meaning no dip stick to check your fluid level nor fluid condition bad move in my professional opinion. And there is no such thing as "lifetime fluid" in the transmission or gear case (if you have All-Wheel-Drive). In the past transmission fluid was changed normally at 50,000 miles. To note it is recommended by Hyundai to replace your gear box oil at 70,000 miles (with AWD vehicles). The transmission fluid change is normally $400 and change, but being a disabled veteran I was charged only $260 and change. Thank you to the dealership for this service of taking care of military folks. Not many dealerships do that for disabled veterans. I highly recommend this dealership to my "brother and sisters in arms". To note I can't speak on the sales and parts departments folks on their performance, but will find out one day how they fare as well and will review accordingly."

"Firstly, terms of the complimentary service are not dictated by the employees of this establishment. With that said an issue had risen with the complimentary service package of a newly purchased Hyundai. Again I understand the employees have little to no control over corporate policy. My issue was with service advisor GS (I will not name the advisor) reaction to my displeasure with the outcome of our interaction. Mr GS made condescending comments like, “did you not understand what I said at the beginning” and stared at me while shaking his head as I explained my reasonings. A complaint was filed with the service manager who was helpful but this does not negate poor service. I would recommend avoiding Burnsville Hyundai for all service related interactions."
