"I had a bad case of staff. Angela gave me the right stuff to clear it up fast. No thing else had worked."
"This is one doctor who cares and so smart and informative. She explains everything so well. She is willing to go the second mile and in theses days that is very unusual. I have been blessed with some great doctors and she certainly belongs to this group and her staff could not be any sweeter."
"I went to the dermatologist in May of 2021. She was very rude to me didn't even care to listen to me and treated me like I was trash. Took me over 2 years to get up the courage to go to another doctor for my skin problems. Turns out I have skin cancer that has been growing all this time because of her and her accusations that there was nothing wrong with me. I would not recommend her to take care of my dog or the fleas on a dog."
"These people's accounting is in the stone age. It is common to receive incorrect bills and bills for invoices that have already been paid. They don't even use email. Angela is ok but her staff sucks!!"
"Had an appointment for months - called to confirm the day before I drove the hour and half to her facility. When I arrived the next day and waited an hour in the lobby that hasn't been updated in 30+ years, she says she has a Lidocaine shortage and can't perform the procedure that I had confirmed the appointment was for. Dr Styles was nasty about it when I mentioned that it could have been communicated to me when I called the previous day. THEN she wanted me pay her a $150 new patient fee. I thought it was reasonable to ask if I could keep it on my bill and pay that when I came back to actually have the procedure done. She slammed her appointment book shut and stormed out of the room. Leaving me the impression she didn't want my business. Now I kind of feel like she owes me $150 for the time and gas. Okay I wrote that for my mom - I actually have my own review from 25 years ago when I had a mole removed by her in the same office. It was such a traumatizing experience that I can still remember her voice when she yelled at her assistant "DON'T PULL THE THREAD" while I lay on her table at 11 years old, wide awake, and fully aware of the hole in my neck they were sewing up. She had let my mom in the room and I saw my mom turn white and sit down. I got to hear all about how likely it was that it was a cancerous mole that had spread to my lymph nodes (at 11!) before I got the call after the lab tested it and it was fine. Scar turned out decent tho."
