"Order two large drinks and she handed us one large and one medium telling us that they ran out of large lids so I asked her if we were going to be paying for a medium then so she hands me a large without a lid and ask for the medium back. Well we've been in line for approximately 20 minutes and then were asked to pull around and park in the parking lot where we are still sitting. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever received at rallies. I don't recommend coming here"

"I drove up to the window and placed my order which was two meals, I was the first one in line and was told to pull around and wait fornthe food. I waited 30 minutes and watched multiple people get their food before me. When I finally got the food, my order was entirely wrong and you can tell they just threw something together. My BBQ bacon mothercruncher sandwich is a sloppy amount of bbq, splattered mayo, pickles, and literal bacon bits. It has no onions and i can barely call that bacon, and I specifically asked for NO sauce. I’m pissed off."

"Surprised is this best way to explain my visit today. The service was poor. I have actually driven from my side of town because of the quality i usually receive. I am disappointed at the overall service. I highly recommend all others to select another location, sadly."

"The lady who takes orders was rude. I felt like she thru the dipping sauce at me but she claimed she dropped it. My food was so cold and when I gave it back she tried to re-drop my food and give it back to me. Safe to say I don't feel like I'll ever go back here if she's there."

"Ok, I don't have pics for this one. Also, it was for my daughter. I will say that with My experience Rallys never misses. I haven't had a bad experience when I used to really eat fast food. The service is always fast and precise. My baby loved it so I'm good. But this location on 12th street has always been good especially the service and it continues. I wish I had asked the employee her name because she took care of us. Thank you. Sorry I don't know your name."
