"The service is extremely slow. I can’t even blame the workers because why only have one person to work during a lunch shift? Then I ordered extra toppings and wanted my sandwich cut into fours which I specifically stated in my instructions and they didn’t do either."

"Make sure you have exact change. They'll tell you they don't have the change and will short you. Also charges what they want for your sandwich."

"Meat and cheese station was covered by a metal lid so you can’t see the dog food they are putting on your bread. Server DID wash his hands and made this monstrosity. I got half way into my sandwich after tasting the off flavor of the meat and sauce. Literal DOG FOOD! I get the same order from other stores and I has never tasted or looked this bad. Like look at it: Also whoever is making their cookies are wrong too and needs more training. They made the cookies thin (but they still taste regular)."

"So I was just talked into discussing the issue I had with this particular subway at night. I usually am the type to let things go for my own health but this was unacceptable and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this. On September 15, 2023 @8:15 My family and I decided to grab subway on the way home from the gym and as we’re pulling up we can see that a brown skin girl mopping the left side of the restaurant seemingly avoiding the entrance while a Hispanic girl is standing at the cash register. We go to open the door and it’s locked mind you subway doesn’t close til 9pm it was only 8:15pm and on the website it says that they were open which is the only reason we stopped by. We go to open the door and the brown skin girl yells “WE’RE CLOSED!” I ask “so y’all don’t close at 9 while holding my phone up?” Then she repeatedly yells the same thing over again. So my family and I go to the car and while we’re figuring out what we’re going to eat next the Hispanic girl is pointing at us and the brown skin girl shrugs her shoulders and They start laughing and shrugging. Then I start recording because their attitudes were unacceptable and they shouldn’t be working in a public establishment especially if they’re gonna close and lock the doors 40+ minutes before they close. My old self would’ve gotten back out but I’m changing that was just something someone should check in on. My family definitely felt disrespected anybody would’ve."

"I made the mistake of coming here while traveling through. Ordered a foot long All American Club sandwich. Just the sandwich alone came out to be $21. Anywhere else would have cost $13-$15. The meal would have easily been $30 if I had gotten chips and drinks. The place was a dump and the service was not good and they have the audacity to be charging people that much for sandwiches. This was the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever paid for. Not even a 4 star restaurant would charge that much! Do yourself a favor and go to a different nearby subway!"
