"My family has taken our fur babies to Oubre for as long as I can remember. My Bella Grace was a long time patient of theirs. On Tuesday, September 19th, I called them and explained what my girl was going through and they expressed that she needed to see a Vet. We carried her out to the car and I was rushing down the road to be told they had no availability to see her. I called around to other Vets to be told the same thing. My girl unfortunately passed away within the hour due to a heart attack. I took some time before writing this review so I wasn't overwhelmed with anger still, but I don't know that'll ever change. No one took the time to examine my girl, despite her being a long time patient in dire need of care. She took her last breath in my car on our way back home, where I was going to try to make her last moments comfortable. I didn't even get to do that. I feel like I failed her due to being unable to get her assistance. The 3 stars I provided were simply due to them giving our babies great care while they were patients there, however, I will not return because of their negligence in Bella's time of need."

"I cannot praise this clinic enough! After my oldest pup appeared to suddenly be losing her vision, they treated her like she was their own! They got her in immediately, was ready to find a specialist and had several successful follow ups. She's back to herself 100% and I'm so grateful Oubre and Dr Powell were there! We just moved to TXK and so glad we quickly found a clinic and vet we can depend on!"
