"I ordered a large drink and chili cheese tots. The drink came out wrong and was sent back and came out wrong again. Carhop was super helpful and respectful. The area around the fast food establishment was cluttered with trash."

"Went here at 9pm for some ice cream with my family (this location is supposed to be open until 11pm) and every time we pushed the red button they just shut it off. We get in the drive-thru line, no one answers the speaker. So we pull around to leave and SEE employees ducking behind the drive-thru window and pretending theres no one there. This place has notoriously horrible service and this makes me want to never go to any sonic again."

"Worst Sonic service I have ever experienced. These people wouldn't know what customer service was if it came in front of them and slapped them in the face with a baseball bat. They don't understand a simple grilled cheese sandwich with bacon has two ingredients....cheese aaaaand guess what BACON!!! 42 minutes for these useless group of sonic workers to get my order correct. You would think fhe manager would get involved but it seemed he or she was too busy hangling the hard stuff like separating the pepper from the salt. Worst experience ever!!! And to the "Sonic Owner" who keeps replying to all the negative comments instead of telling us to call the 1-800 number why don't you learn some business management and do something about your staff and your lousy 1 star establishment."
