They went through everything with me in detail and delivered the car to me. I had to extend by a day and that was easy to do as they did send me an email one day before asking me to confirm or modify my booking. Return experience was quick. "Such amazing employees at this location! I had to put my car in the shop for repairs and these guys worked with me to get what I needed for just a few days. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Madison, I knew I made the right decision to book with them. She was bubbly, cheerful and just a pleasure to talk with. Then I was introduced to Jake, who walked me to my rental and went over the vehicle details and inspection. He was so professional and humble. His demeanor was of an old soul ( I mean that in such a positive way) of an individual who really wanted to help his customers. The process of renting the vehicle was painless and took maybe 15 minutes to be on the road. When I returned the car, I was greeted by Madison again along with Jake and the store manager Keegan. Again, just amazingly pleasant attitudes all around and so helpful with the whole transaction. I want to especially recognize Jake and thank him for such great customer service. He went above and beyond and for that reason I believe the company should recognize him and reward him for being so outstanding. If I ever need a rental again I will be coming back to this Brooklyn Park location."
