"I have been a customer of Uptime since they purchased JR Tech where I was a customer for 35 plus years of that family, employees always treated my people and me great, but... Uptime no longer does business out of the shop location, I would think that Uptime, Destiny, would have the decency and courtesy of following up with their long time customers to let them know their business was shutting down, rather than leaving high and dry. 35+ years of a loyal customer, that's what you get."

"Paid nearly $3k for the last service. The issue is not resolved. Engine light came back on after picking up the truck from service. I’ve been calling for a resolution, uptime’s Phone has not been working for weeks. An automated Verizon message stating that the party is busy comes on without the phone ringing at all. I sent several emails to get assistance, no one is emailing back or responding. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!"

"So I came to this shop to have my engine block heater replaced to keep God's engine of choice nice and warm this winter: My Paccar MX-13. While I was there, one of their apprentice lubrication specialists named John checked the oil and said I needed an oil change. That made me raise an eyebrow at that point. Then another one of their mechanics whose insanely chiseled and looks like he's half man and half beard, and blows vape clouds so fat that every Subaru WRX driver envies him, looked at my tires and said they're wearing super unevenly and recommended that I start doing "tire rotations". At this point I'm starting to think these guys are playing me and trying to up-sell me. I'm not ignorant. My truck has 226k miles on it. I know that semi trucks don't need oil changes because I know they put enough oil in the engines from the factory. As well as I know I don't need to pay to have my tires rotated because they're rotating all of the time. So I asked John how much the oil change would cost and he said around $450. My heart sank into my chest. I called the Kenworth dealership and their price was almost double of that. Before agreeing to accept the service I called my wife's boyfriend on speaker phone for a second opinion and he said it's a rip off because the Nissan dealer changes the oil in his 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet for 1/4th of that price. So I told John to explain THAT. He was very patient, professional and was happy to educate me on the benefits of having these services done on my truck. They did a great job! From now on I'll be bringing my Paccar here for it's weekly repairs instead."
