"Don't know if it was because the employee working the drive through window was just mad because of having to work on New Year Eva or what but she was not very happy or pleasant with my order. Unprofessional attitude. Plain and simple. The Bean burritos were not good. Like it was the last of the day before leftovers. I know it's a little late to say anything about the food but your employees are what makes the restraint tick. Maybe it is the management where you should start looking at the problems. Employees are not happy then you have a lot of different things that are not going to be done the same as if you have happy employees happy to be at work and all. Happy employees make everything run on all eight cylinders and the customer service is better as well. Needs improvement."

"This location is the most dysfunctional Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I visit often despite knowing it’s going to be horrible because it’s on my route, but this is the last time I’ll be here. The staff doesn’t answer the speaker at the drive thru most of the time. You have to pull up to the window and wait until you catch someone walking by. They’re always listening to music on their headphones, hanging out in the lobby, or outside. The whole location is a hot mess and has been for years. I get it, it probably doesn’t pay well, but man! It’s so disappointing every time."

"No idea, went there after work, 1am, and they were out of everything and or it would take more than 10 minutes to prepare. What's the point of staying open until 3am, having 4 people on shift and not generating revenue because everyone drives off after being told they are "out of that" after every attempt to order. The owner is losing so much money trusting the night manager."

"This location is intentionally ripping people off, and needs to be investigated by corporate. This is my second visit here this week, and the drive thru associate and I specifically verbally confirmed twice via drive through speaker that these were to be SUPREME tacos and a LARGE raspberry freeze. Same as last time, the tacos are plain, no sour cream or tomatoes, and the entire taco is basically lettuce. Only a pinch of meat and cheese. The “large” freeze is an exaggerated shot glass, same height as a cigarette pack. Looks like a child size drink. I basically just paid $15 for three lettuce stuffed tortillas and a shot glass of sugar water to choke it down. I’m not going back through a ridiculous line and wasting 20 more minutes to face hostility and retaliation where I’d likely end up with a replacement that has bodily fluid added and no additional cost. I won’t be back."

"Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in Taco Bell. I ordered in the app and every thing was wrong. My chalupa appeared to have been soaked in the taco meat grease. I ordered a chicken quesarito and received a beef on with two small pieces of grilled chicken in one end. I didn’t receive my drink and my nachos were dumped out in the bottom of the bag. I am in the hospital having had back surgery today and was excited to get some decent food. Ultimately all I did was waste $17 ☹️ and on top of that, the lady working the drive thru was rude to my husband."
