"The food is reasonably priced and usually pretty good. The tea fountain wasn't working so they had pitchers instead which ran put quicker. Love that I don't feel rushed to eat there."

"Hands down one of the NASTIET and least sanitary food establishments I have ever been to. It was 10:30am; the floor was strewn with trash, the tables were covered in leftover food and crumbs, and when I went to use the bathroom the only thing I could do was wash my hands and leave without actually ‘going’. Ancient feces lining the commodes, dusty shards of paper towels sitting around that hadn’t seen a cloth in decades, and the pervading odor of fish that just suggests typhoid. Avoid at all costs."

"We tried reaching out to management about the issues and were hung up on multiple times. We waited over thirty minutes for an online order AFTER we received a message from Panera that the order was ready. Several items were out of stock and no compensation was made for items missing from the order even though the replacement item received was lower in cost. Overall, this was a failed attempt by this Panera to provide positive customer experience and due to this terrible experience, we will be patronizing other options in the area."
