"Wow this subway is so bad. Like first of all this young girl is so rude telling me to sit down and wait while she makes my food. Over and over for an online order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. NOT TO MENTION HER PHONE STARTS RINGING, and she answers it WITH HER GLOVES ON THAT SHES MAKING MY SANDWICH WITH! Then on top of that she is talking on the phone the whole time as she makes my order like I feel like we are in slo-mo x2 for an order that should’ve been done 15 min ago And no it wasn’t busy"

"First bad order no big deal but this is the third time I've ordered online and it was not right. I like subway but this one in particular is always bad when ordering online. It says on the receipt exactly what you click on the app and still don't add it or add something that wasn't asked for. Wanted honey mustard on sweet onion sandwich and recieved a sweet onion sandwich with ranch. Not toasted when asked for toasted. How hard is it to follow a list that tells you exactly what someone wants."

"I can't give service less than one star or I would I don't know about the food because I was never served. Spent 10 minutes in the lobby calling for someone no one ever came to the register no one ever came out if I would have been a thief I could have stolen the entire store. I never leave bad reviews because things happen but as a store owner with that many cameras around you should know if someone is just standing in your lobby or put a buzzer on the door or listen when someone calls from up front I guess."
