Schmitz Family Practice

"There new worker at the desk refused to get me an apt when I asked when the next opening time and date was, all she could tell me was she can't and she will have someone call me. No one ever called me and I had to rush to the lavaca clinic to be seen bc of what was going on bc I kindly asked her when the next apt was she refused to look her words were I can't. If she is a front desk lady she is supposed to set up apt times for patients. The doctors don't even answer messages back anymore someone else does, Dr Schmitz wanted me to go to Mercy to get two x rays done of my neck and shoulder and he said his nurse or tali would get it setup I never got a call from anyone about this and never got the x ray done and when i called to ask they said they could not see any request from Dr Schmitz to have that done. Someone is not doing there job right there was another time I tried to setup an apt and that same lady at the desk couldn't help. If she don't know how to use the computers she don't need to be there. She can't keep telling everyone to wait someone will call us back she did it to my friend too and a neighbor of mine. I'm not the only one and when u call to ask to speak to someone else she don't even do that she refuses to get u another. She made me feel like I can't be seen there with how she refused to look up a apt time. All I asked was when the next was and she said I can't CANT she says. I have not broken any rules there or policy's. I'm a patient and ur worker is not treating some patients equally like others. I asked for the manger to call me back bc I knew she could help me and guess what I never got a call back from her either. This place has gone down hill I don't understand what has happened to my doctor's and the workers. Where's tali put her back at the front desk she was kind and nice and got things done others what her back too bc she didn't do what Steph is doing is that the lady's name at the front desk that young women there. Bring tali back others agree with me"
