"My issue is not with the food. My issue is the customer service. There was a young lady by the name Aleecia that took my order when I asked for an Arnold Palmer. I asked her does she have that she stated no, but I guess I have to make it. I proceeded to ask the young lady what does that mean she sighed and then said continue with your order so I did I get to the window and I asked her does that mean you don’t have any sweet tea? She said yes, but I had to make the Arnold Palmer. I explained to the young lady that’s at every restaurant you have to mix, sweet tea and lemonade together she rolled her eyes and shut the window and proceeded to talk with her coworkers in the back like I was in the wrong so when she came back to the window I asked her are you OK? She rolled her eyes again and said have a nice day I said, are you sure you’re OK she said ma’am have a nice day and shut the window , very unprofessional if your crew member is nescient about certain things there is no need to be rude about it."

"I ordered 3 things and was made to drive up. The lady in the Window was very rude. Didn't wish me a great day was more focused on being on her phone. I come here at least 1 time a week. Never had that bad of an experience. The car that was behind me got 3 bags of food and their drinks at the window. All I got was a slider, a drink, and fries. When I had pulled up to order I spent 10 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge I was there. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars in 2 categories. I did give them a review on their website."

"This is one of, if not the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in recently. This is the second time in a week we’ve been here and the service has been excellent as well as the food has been super fresh! Go check them out and enjoy the clean atmosphere and hot, fresh food!"
