"I set up an appointment to get a covid test and the store at 308 S Main in Malvern Arkansas had no record of it, so I had to set up another appointment for the following day. I show up to the appointment and they tell me they are out of tests and can't test me. They had my phone number and my email and yet did not inform me so now I have to miss more work because of them. I honestly don't understand they couldn't have the decency to call me and let me know so that I could make other arrangements. I hope that one day you understand customer service, and hopefully one day you will get a decent automated service for the customer service call line as well. Your whole business model just seems to be nothing but hot garbage."

"Extremely rude staff at the pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. They frequently tell me a prescription will be covered by insurance when its not, and they do not work with customers to understand what or how many medications are covered by insurance. I'll come into the pharmacy thinking I'm paying one price, but then it ends up being twice or three times what I expected from earlier conversations with the pharmacy. They are very inconsistent, and do not work with people at all. They will also make you feel like you're the one being difficult."
