"I've avoided this place for years over a couple of bad reviews, but after seeing some delicious pictures recently, I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I've missed out on 10 years of awesome food because of either a bad day or a misguided review. The Buffalo chicken mac n chz blew my mind, and the awesome little dessert jar melted in my mouth. Wish they had the pecan cheesecake one year round, but overall, I will be back. My mother had their chicken strips and coleslaw and said it was really good as well. I'd definitely suggest trying it out if you've not been there already."

"The food used to be amazing but has gone downhill the past year. I'm not sure why... The service is good. Every now and then, they struggle to correct orders that were made wrong."

"Every single time you order food curbside at the Conway location it is never ready. They complete your order on the app to show its done, but they make you wait. I placed an order days ago for Christmas Eve and it was not ready when we arrived because they started it WHEN WE ARRIVEE. The food is great, but they staff is seriously lazy and lacks any sense of order that I am certain the company as a whole has in place. The price is way too high for such terrible service every single time."

"The lobby doesn't close until 10:00. We showed up at 9:20. They told my parents, my girlfriend and I that they didn't want to seat us because they didn't want to have to clean the table and only gave us the option to take it with us. Lazy workers. It was apparently management's decision. Don't say your lobby is open until 10:00 if you're going to deny seating at 9:20 with an empty restraunt because you're too lazy to clean up a table. Won't be back to this location. Very unsatisfied."

"Dined in on a Thursday night. Chicken and fries were hot and fresh. Service was exceptional. The employee at the register (receipt says Glenn) was super friendly taking our order. Very nice young man. He also brought our food and made sure we got our sauces. When he wasn't running the register, he was delivering orders, both dine-in and curbside. Based on other reviews I've seen, this location can be hit or miss, but we've never had any major issues, and anything small has been addressed quickly. Give them a try!"
