"The food is wonderful, similar to any top end, well run steakhouse. But the service and ambiance is truly exceptional. All staff is so warm and friendly. Owner checked in with us twice at our table and was so gracious. A warm welcome message from the kitchen for dessert. The ambiance is high ceilings, amazing, eclectic lighting, setting the mood for a wonderful evening with family and friends. And as top end steakhouses go, menu prices are of good value. No gouging here. We loved Arthur's and will be returning each time we are in Little Rock."

"We went to brunch on sunday. The look of this place is amazing but the food was the biggest letdown I've ever experienced. The wagu burger was dry and was literally bun, meat and cheese. So dry, and the only flavor was the char on the meat. The sauce on the eggs Benedict was good as well, but generally the food was worse quality than your basic/generic diner. We were extremely confused at how nice the place looks but the food was just so bad. It was almost like it was a prank on us or something. I will fully edit this review when we go and try a dinner if we ever go try and dinner sometime there."

"This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL steak houses I have ever seen! The service was over the top and food did not disappoint. We chose Arthur’s for the local staff party. Smiles abounded throughout the dinner for our group of 15. We were seated in a private room that made conversations easy to hear, which added to the value of the evening. The table was set with linens and fresh flowers and our waiter (Jonathan) was very attentive to all. Speciality cocktails were available along with a full list of drinks & wine. All were outstanding. Appetizers were Calamari, lobster mac & cheese & baked Brie. All were amazing! Our entrees were: Ribeye Filets Crab cake Jumbo prawns Salmon Everyone was thoroughly impressed and stuffed with amazing food! Desserts were irresistible- *Chocolate cheesecake *The owners special recipe for Belgium dark chocolate crème brûlée *Vanilla crème brûlée *Strawberry cake *bread pudding *bananas foster flamed tableside *soufflé *carrot cake As you can see, we thoroughly enjoyed every single course of this fabulous dinner! The owner dropped into the end, which was a special way to end this evening together! Highest recommendations for anyone wanting a special meal together!!"

"Prime is an accurate description! TL:DR For the experience and selection, this is the best of the best in Little Rock. Incredible service, and the food was decadent and delicious. The price is definitely a deciding point - not an every night option for us normal folks. Details: Visited on a Wednesday night, looking for a "fancy" dinner. This was definitely the place. The atmosphere was incredible - the dark paneling and all the normal decor you would expect at an upscale steakhouse. The service was the best I have ever had. Our server, Jonathan, was friendly and attentive, possibly bordering on psychic! He predicted our needs and gave excellent menu suggestions, always keeping us up to date on our food. Speaking of the food... okay, the steak was great, but that was expected. Everything else was so amazing, though! Seared ahi tuna was perfectly done, and I highly recommend all of the sides! Potatoes, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, green beans... everything was done to perfection. And as if that wasn't enough, the dessert... We tried the chocolate cake, soufflé, and chocolate creme brulee. The soufflé was an experience, and done very well. The chocolate cake was perhaps a tiny bit dry for my taste, but rich and good. The brulee... it was the best I have ever had. Skip every other dessert and grab it! Overall, I would choose Arthur's over any place in Little Rock when you have the money!"
