"Been going here for several years. In the last year, the overall experience has gone downhill. I always feel like my haircut is rushed. The shampoo and scalp massage have gone from a couple minutes to about 30 seconds. And the prices have gotten insane. Price last time I was there was $32 plus a tip of $6 (Minimum the pinpad provides) I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes haircut, shampoo, massage included. I get you make more money the more people you get through but when you are clearly rushing and charging a premium, it drives people away over time. This has been my experience the last 10 or so times I've gone. Decided to start looking into other places in town. The price isn't worth the experience anymore."
