"Only reason for the 2 is the person cutting hair was great and store is really clean. Now the worst parts of this place. Only 1 person cutting hair. This created a long wait. Wait in store 1 hr 40 minutes. Could of left and came back but not from here or the state in general so patiently waited. Even online check in over Saturday and Sunday was 243 minutes as I looked at that path. 1 worker to run a store is pretty bad and really should be addressed. Due to wait times a lot of walk ins were turned away. Probably the slowest sports clips stores Ive ever seen across the U.S. especially for weekends. Really needs to be addressed. As a customer I wouldnt come back if this is a common experience."

"I haven't taken my boys to this location in years. I did take them this morning and it was a good experience. My boys are ready for Thanksgiving!"
"I made request in checkout to wait for a stylist. I get my kid in and then someone comes and tells me to have a seat and starts to cut my hair. I didn't want to be rude so I didn't say anything, but after seeing the care between the stylist I chose and the one I got was drastically different i was upset. I don't know why this happened, I was willing to wait or I wouldn't have accepted the wait times before clicking check in."
