"I went there for months for physical therapy on my jaw. They only had 1 guy working there that knew what they were doing. I had an appointment at 8am one morning and they don't open until then. I woke up with the flu and it was to late to call and cancel. I called later and explained what was going on but because I was a no call, no show, I guess I got changed. I was unaware of this. Fast forward a few months... I get a phone call today from a debt collector saying I owed $30 for non payment of a no call, no show!!!!! The company NEVER called me once. I was completely unaware and I did call them later that day! It's kinda hard to cancel an 8AM apt before 8am when they're not even open!! ..."
