"We began using Dr Branscum because of his affiliation with Cox and the ability for all records to be seen by any Cox Doctor. I had skull x-rays done in November 2023 and he stated either he (Dr Branscum) or his nurse would call me the next day with results. I did not receive any call. Because the X-rays were done at NARMC I could view them on their portal so when I got the notification I looked and saw all was well. So I did not pursue finding the reason Dr Branscum did not call as he stated. In Dec, my husband had a heart attack and follow up was with Dr Branscum. He asked if my husband needed a prescription for the pain the hematoma's caused and he said yes. We were both in the office and heard the same thing. When leaving we asked his nurse how to get the prescription and she stated he would send electronically. Upon checking with pharmacy the next day he did not have a prescription, so I called. I made a total of 5 calls to Dr Branscum and never received a reply on what happened to the prescription. The call back for lab work came several days after he said he would call. I believe Dr Branscum is very negligent with his patients so beware if you are needing follow up as this doctor does not do this. Unless he was discriminating against us???"
