"Says it opens 12 on Sunday 1 pm still not open. According to the website it opens at 12 guess it open when it feels like it. Really disappointing. I have a return and it’s not open.I won’t be making to special trips here. Lots of customers wondering what’s going on. Looks like attendant just showed up but still not open….up side nice lady from lil rock location came to help open store"

"Love the items, customer service isn't so great! Had an item with a receipt and tag on it but because it was more than 30 days they wouldn't even exchange!! Left the store without making a purchase at all! Ulta and Sephora have a great policy!! You can try their products for more than 30 days and still bring it back with a receipt! VS...do better!! Considering if I'll ever even purchase from you again!"
