"First time going to this facility and I am esthatic at the level of care I received. My health program does not cover preventive so I expected to pay cash. I had asked about financial program help for under-insured but having been told is income based, I figured I won't qualified. After I filled my paperwork, Lydia, the receptionist, not only urge me to call the health dept to see if I qualified before I paid for the service, but even wrote down the number for the office in a piece of paper for me. I called and a lady asked me a few questions, and to my surprise, I qualified and didnt have to pay for the mammogram. Lydia's genuine care and encouraging actions saved me over $200. Sally, the technician, was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable through the exam process. I definitely feel the staff, especially Lydia, went above and beyond to provide me with genuine, excellent care. Highly recommend this place!!"
