"I give the front office and therapist a 10 out of 10 the nurse line is a 1 if I have questions about meds or need to book an appointment they never answer so I leave a message multiple times they never reach me back so I have to physically ask someonelse to book a schedule it really frustrates me why have the nurse line if you can't pick up the phone"
"Constantly double booked. So even if the therapist helps you when you actually do see them, it does more damage when you need to see them and find out that you’re actually not on the schedule despite making the appointment with the therapist. This is extremely unprofessional and hurtful."
