"EVERY time I have taken my father (99-year old WWII vet) the nurses have presented well, but that team one “doctor” is the rudest, most condescending person I have had the misfortune of dealing with, in ANY situation. He does not greet or even acknowledge our presence. Filing grievance, and it looks like a few people on here should sign on."

"My husband goes here on a regular basis. They accommodate his medical appointment s for his overseas jobs with no prior notic. Customer service is excellent and they are super friendly."

"The most pointless VA clinic I’ve ever been to, no one ever answers the phone. I’m always being sent to see horrible doctors in town that make the process and pain worse. It seems like the VA has no clue what to do with all its restrictions they place. The team one doctor acts like a robot and won’t even look at you in the face when you’re speaking to him, like what you’re saying doesn’t matter. I’ve never felt more ashamed of the VA system until I visited this clinic. It’s sad when the RN pays more attention then the doctor does when you have something to say."

"Likewise, I was told that I could not be seen here because I was registered in Branson. Said they couldn't access my records. Amazing that they were able to pull up everything else about me with the last 4 of my social. Called Branson VA and was told it would take 24 hours to "transfer" my registration to Harrison. If I could go to Branson, I would have gone there to begin with. Quit calling these places VA. They do not serve the Veterans interest. I suggest "Joe's medical clinic". Maybe Joe could get in, I couldn't."

"Elizabeth Cheek APN, she is rude by not letting you give a medical history on a condition that the VA has not treated in the past she cuts you off while you are talking, she orders treatment that you can't even do with your condition. She acts like she doesn't even want to be in the same room with you, like she is in a hurry to leave. I would NOT recommend her to no one. If I could I would give her 0 stars."
