"And here we are 7/27 and three calls into customer service and still no call back. On 7/20 I made an online purchase for a pair of Nike shorts. When I got to the store to pick up the shorts on 7/21 they had those same shorts paired with a pair of shoes and a t-shirt as a display so I also purchased a pair of shoes and the t-shirt. When I got home I saw that the associate had given me the wrong pair of shoes. I went back the next to exchange for the right pair of shoes but they did not have my size. At this point with being given the wrong shoe and them not having my size in the shoe I wanted I asked for a refund. I was informed that they do not give refunds. I understand policy but feel this is totally unfair since it's not my fault I was given the wrong shoe and it was not my fault they did not have my size in the shoe I wanted. This was my first time shopping at City Gear and likely my last."
