"If you are a new patient, don’t even bother! I’ve been trying to get in for 7 months I have been rescheduled 3 times, even after telling them about cardiac events I’ve been having. They were supposed to send me a holter monitor a month ago in the mail. I followed up today just to be told that my appointment was being pushed back another 2 months. I can’t speak on the care but I can tell you that you will not be a priority to them."
"The most poor follow-up care from an emergency room visit due to total heart block. This cardiology team doesn't make an attempt to help with follow-up questions when or IF you get someone to actually call you back. I have not been able to be transferred from the reception desk person to a nurse yet. The emergency room staff saved my life but this cardiology team it would seem, could care less about their follow-up processes. I would not recommend them nor willing go to see them unless it is the only available option."
